Health + Safety
Your well-being is our top priority, and we are dedicated to ensuring attendees and guests have a safe environment at Further Together 2025. Workforce Matters will provide masks and hand sanitizer throughout the event.
Workforce Matters will follow CDC guidelines regarding large gatherings and events, and will be sure to communicate any impacts to the conference promptly with attendees.
We kindly request that attendees who are sick abstain from participating in the event to protect the health of other attendees.
Registration & Check-In
Registration will open on October 8th at the registration desk in the Atrium (on the second floor). A floor plan of where the conference meetings will take place can be found here.
The conference will begin at 5:00 pm on October 8th with our Kick-Off Celebration and conclude October 10 at 1:00 pm.
Conference App (Whova)
For session descriptions, speaker bios, and additional information, please download the Whova App and search for “Further Together 2025: Advancing Equity Through Workforce Philanthropy”.
The Whova App will also include a repository of materials shared post-event (as applicable).
Meals
Our kick-off celebration on October 8th will include hors d’oeuvres and beverages.
Breakfast and lunch will be served on October 9th and 10th. If you submitted any dietary preferences with your registration, there will be tickets located in the back of your badge that you may provide to a server as your needs apply.

Prohibition on Solicitations + Fundraising
Workforce Matters maintains a no-solicitation policy covering all of its conferences, meetings, webinars and other events. In order to provide a distraction-free environment for our members and other attendees, we do not allow solicitation of any kind during any event, including asking for business, soliciting fund management services, distributing grant proposals, or requesting grant funding.
Additionally, Workforce Matters members expect that participation in our events will not result in future solicitations unless the member specifically invites future contact.
Accordingly, we ask that all participants at Workforce Matters events refrain from using attendee lists or similar information for solicitation purposes without the express permission of Workforce Matters.

Further Together 2025 will take place at the Westin Crystal City Reagan National Airport, located at 1800 Richmond Highway, Arlington, VA 22202.

The room block for Further Together 2025 is now closed. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.
A limited block of discounted rooms are available at the Westin Crystal City Reagan National Airport for conference participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
To guarantee this special group rate of $275.00 per night plus applicable taxes, you must make your reservation no later than September 8, 2025. After that time, higher rates will apply, and rooms may not be available.

Making a reservation in our room block is important. Meeting our financial obligations to the Westin Crystal City Reagan National Airport for our room block has a long-term benefit: It helps us negotiate lower rates for our conferences in the future, and it lowers your out-of-pocket travel costs. When we fill our contracted room block, we avoid unnecessary financial penalties, which strengthens our negotiation efforts in the future to keep meeting costs manageable.

By Metro
The Westin Crystal City Reagan National Airport is located on the corner of 18th Street and the Richmond Highway, diagonally across the street from the Crystal City Metro Station.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport
Local transportation to the hotel via taxi/ride share averages 20-30 minutes.
Direct Metro Service is available from the Washington National station to King Street-Old Town (see above) via the Yellow/Blue Line.
