Ryan Howard currently serves as the Executive Director for the Owens Valley Career Development Center (OVCDC), an American Indian organization providing education and workforce development programming to 13 federally recognized Tribes located in the Owens Valley and extending to the Central Valley of California. Prior to serving as the Executive Director, Mr. Howard’s fourteen-year tenure with the organization has included several other key management roles including serving as the Director of OVCDC’s Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program. Mr. Howard possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in Native American Studies from Dartmouth College. A proud tribal citizen of the Bishop Paiute Tribe, Mr. Howard enjoys hiking and exploring his ancestral homelands in the Eastern Sierra and volunteering as a youth mentor in the public school.
